Some good news today! I had a nerve test today … Electromyography (EMG) …. this is a 6 month post op check to confirm that the 4 nerve transfers were successful and to test the strength of the signal to the nerves ….. I knew that biceps, brachialis and deltoid were successful because I’ve got a little movement. But the supraspinatus is hidden behind the deltoid and controls the lift of the arm from the 90 degree mark upwards. I haven’t yet been able to do that so I had no ide

Well the bone infection is back again …. so I went to see my nurse practitioner this morning and got some heavy antibiotics … I got a vitamin B shot as well as it’s supposed to be good for nerve healing and energy etc. I would say that my stress levels and bad diet are not helping to keep this infection at bay ……… my bad! I’ve been meaning to make videos to post showing how i do things around the house but my daughter has been too busy to help out … maybe now that she is tech
